Questions sellers ask
Which marketplaces are supported?
Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify today, with any number of stores per platform. Anything else can come in as a manual store, with orders keyed in or imported.
Do I have to stop using Seller Centre?
No. Shelfjet reads and writes through the official APIs. Anything you change in Seller Centre shows up in Shelfjet, and vice versa.
Where is my data hosted?
In Singapore. Credentials for your stores are encrypted at rest and never leave the server.
Can I try it before connecting a real store?
Yes. The live demo is a read-only workspace with simulated stores that keep placing orders, so you can see the whole flow without touching your own accounts.
What about my own courier account?
Connect J&T or Ninja Van directly, use the marketplace's logistics, or mark orders as self pick-up. Shipping rules choose per order.
